Why it's the best time to buy AND sell!

Many people ask me if it's a good time to buy or sell. I don't give them a canned answer. I give them a candid one. The answer is yes and yes. It's a great time to buy due to the historically low interest rates. There is a great supply of homes to choose from. New construction starts are up and incentives from the builders are insanely lucrative. Many builders will pay up to $12,000 in closing costs.
It's a great time to sell as well. Due to the virus, unfortunately, many people are parting with their homes to use their equity to make it through unemployment or to prevent foreclosure. You can help two people out in this scenario. The buyer and the seller gets what they want and need. You can help someone's cause in a time of need.
Many investors are hedging their losses on the stock market or perceived losses by buying real estate vs investing in the market. Often times, these investors buy commercial real estate, homes to rent/lease or flip.
I see no downside of doing any and all things listed above.
